Dolna Belica ( Macedonian Долна Белица ; Albanian  Belica e Poshtme or just Belica ; Aromanian Beala di Ghios / Beala de Jos ) is a place in the southwest of North Macedonia , around six kilometers from the municipality's capital Struga .

According to the last census (2002), the village had 1,026 inhabitants who lived in 206 households, which corresponds to around 4.9 people per household. 945 of them were Albanians , 24 Aromanians , 17 Macedonians and 40 others. 976 spoke Albanian as their mother tongue, 20 Aromanian , 19 Macedonian and 11 other languages. Of the 1026, 980 professed Islam , 38 Orthodox Christianity and 8 other religions and worldviews.

In Dolna Belica and in the higher Gorna Belica ( Beala di Supra ) there is a small Aromanian minority that is unique in the region.
