Bidževo ( Macedonian Биџево ; Albanian states: Bixhova , indeterminate: Bixhovë , the local gegischen dialect indefinitely even Bixhov ) is a village in the Struga Municipality in southwest Nordmazedoniens . It is centrally located in the Struga plain , which connects to the north of Lake Ohrid and through which the Black Drin flows in the west .

Bidževo has 546 inhabitants (as of 2002). Of these, 421 considered themselves ethnically as Muslim Albanians , 118 as Orthodox Christian Macedonians and seven belonged to other ethnic groups.

Bidževo is a typical street village . The settlement arose along the roads to the neighboring villages of Novo Selo in the north, Livada in the east, Draslajca in the south and Ložani in the west. Around Bidževo there are meadows and agricultural areas.

In the village there is a mosque and an Orthodox church , both only 200 meters apart. The local elementary school is attended by pupils up to fourth grade, and classes are held in Albanian and Macedonian . Then the Albanian students have to go to the neighboring village of Livada, the Macedonian to Draslajca.

It is around seven kilometers via Draslajca to the municipal capital Struga.
