Dom-Esch is a district in the northeast of Euskirchen .
Dom-Esch was first mentioned in 854. “Esch” was given the name because it was owned by the Cologne Cathedral Chapter between 1273 and 1803 . The village has had its current name since 1954.

On July 1, 1969, Dom-Esch was incorporated into Euskirchen.

Dom-Esch is connected to Euskirchen in the city bus network - the SVE network - via the ring line 876, and with the RVK regional line 806 from Euskirchen to Heimerzheim.
societies
There are various associations in Dom-Esch . The carnival society "Gemütlichkeit" was founded in 1890 and today has around 160 members. The music association Husarenbläser Dom-Esch was founded in 1960. The Motorsport Club (MSC) Dom-Esch is a member of the DMV and the VFV . There is also the volunteer fire brigade , the regional soccer division TuS Dom-Esch, the Bürgererverein Dom-Esch e. V. and the equestrian center Dom-Esch.
