action

Megan is allowed to stay with her friend in Colorado for ten days , Walter and Audrey are on a cruise for ten days and so Drake and Josh have the house all to themselves. But before they can enjoy freedom, they have to drive Megan to the airport. By a Drake mishap, they put Megan on the wrong plane; she doesn't fly to Denver, but to Los Angeles . So Drake and Josh buy tickets for the next flight to bring Megan back.

When they arrive in Los Angeles, Megan calls them and tells them that she is in a hotel. The two separate at the entrance of the hotel they drove to in a taxi because Josh has to go to the bathroom. In the meantime, Drake is looking for Megan's suite . Meanwhile Josh met a producer from TRL in the toilet , whom he convinced of Drake's talent. Drake is said to have an appearance on the show at 4:30 p.m. that same day, and he is scheduled to appear at 4:00 p.m. Not knowing which song Drake should play, the boys decide to listen to all of the songs in Megan's apartment . They noticed that Josh's GO (a portable media player ) was swapped for another on the plane.

At that moment two men break into the room who own the GO and want it back. Josh immediately notices their illegal intentions and escapes with Drake in a strange car. The men later get hold of the brothers and keep them prisoner in their gang's secret hiding place. There Drake and Josh learn that the group is printing counterfeit money . Megan has found a note in her hotel room with the address of the hiding place and is on her way to rescue her brothers. Since her cell phone has a very poor connection, the police can only find the whereabouts of her when she calls. She sneaks into the hiding place and holds up the criminals until the police arrive. This arrested the gang.

However, Drake only has 22 minutes until his appearance. So the police agree to escort him and Josh to the studios . Since they are driving a Dodge Viper that they borrowed from Tony Hawks' manager, they arrive on time. Drake makes a good appearance and gets a contract.

The film ends with Drake and Josh being approached by two girls with whom they take a spin around Los Angeles in the Viper.
