Company history
Since it was founded by Tetsuya Nagayama, we have always created our own retro-style creations. Three models are currently being produced under its own brand name. Since 2009, the manufacturer has also been producing replicas of the models BMW Isetta 250 , Chevrolet Corvette C1 , Ferrari 288 GTO , Nissan Skyline 2000 GT-R and Toyota 2000GT . The Duesen Bayern models are also exported to Europe in small numbers. Often the brand is also abbreviated with DB, which in Germany often stands for Daimler-Benz .
Model chronicle
Duesen Bayern Mystar
- Japanese spelling: デ ュ ッ セ ン バ イ エ ル ンマ イ ス タ ー
The Mystar is the brand's first model. With its exclusive interior from the BMW Z3, it is the brand's top model. The exterior, on the other hand, was based on a Mercedes-Benz 190 SL . At first glance these cannot be distinguished. However, if the counterpart is next to it, the different dimensions are clearly visible. The body is made of fiberglass. The front end consists of one part and can be opened completely. There is a choice of different four- and six-cylinder engines from BMW in four-valve technology with outputs between 103 kW (140 PS) and 170 kW (231 PS) as well as right-hand or left-hand drive. The Mystar has been in production since February 2002.
Duesen Bayern Ritz
- Japanese spelling: デ ュ ッ セ ン バ イ エ ル ンリ ッ ツ
The Ritz is a small car that looks like the older Fiat Nuova 500 from the front . From the rear, however, it differs far from the original with a large engine compartment. Technically, it is based on the Nissan March . The vehicle is available from authorized Japanese dealers from € 15,500. The Ritz has been in production since June 2002.
Duesen Bayern Agnes
- Japanese spelling: デ ュ ッ セ ン バ イ エ ル ンア グ ネ ス
The Agnes is the last model developed and contains the same technical equipment as the Mystar. The interior is also the same. The body was modified a bit sportier based on the Mystar. The Agnes model has been in production since May 2007.
