Sir Charles Edward Webb Jones , KCB , CVO , CBE (born September 25, 1936 in Altrincham , Cheshire , England ; † May 14, 2007 in Inverness-shire , Scotland ) was a British officer in the British Army , who last served as a general between 1988 and in 1991 Quartermaster-General to the Forces and from 1992 to 1995 military representative in the NATO military committee .
