A Man Sees Pink is a 2001 French comedy film.
action
Everything goes wrong in the life of the staid accountant François: his wife has left him, his teenage son does not want to have anything to do with him and now he is about to be fired. Out of sheer desperation, he wants to throw himself off the balcony of his house. His new neighbor Belone can just stop him and comes up with a brilliant idea to save his job. François is supposed to pretend he's gay in the company, the boss will have scruples about firing him.
So you're spreading a couple of photo montages in the company in which François can be recognized half-naked in a gay bar. The plan works, his boss withdraws his notice because the company produces condoms and he is afraid of losing gay customers.
With his trick, François attracts more and more interest in the company and even his wife and son get in touch with him again. His colleague Santini, who is disreputable as a gay hater and macho, also tries to get on with him, because he is afraid for his own job.
Because of his “new me”, François gains more and more self-confidence and thus becomes interesting for his superior Mademoiselle Bertrand. Finally, the two of them have sex in the company, where they are observed by the company boss and a Japanese delegation. This causes the dizziness to be exposed and François wants to pack his bags. However, the boss definitely doesn't want to let him go because he needs such courageous and shrewd employees.
