Eke is an uninhabited island that belongs to the Abaiang Atoll in the Gilbert Islands in the Republic of Kiribati .

Eke is a motu in the west of the reef crown. Together with Manra and Ouba , the island is located in an area with numerous channels that provide access between the ocean and the Abaiang Lagoon .
