Emilia Jones
Emilia Jones (* 23. February 2002 in London as Emilia Annis I. Fosset-Jones ) is a British actress .
Life
Emilia Jones was born the daughter of Welsh singer and radio host Aled Jones and his wife Claire Fossett.
In 2011 she made her debut at the Theater Royal Drury Lane in London's West End as the young Princess Fiona in the musical Shrek . In the same year she appeared in the television series House of Anubis as the young Sarah Frobisher-Smythe and as Jasmine in Two in One Day with Anne Hathaway and in Pirates of the Caribbean - On Stranger Tides . In 2013 she appeared in a stage adaptation of The Turn of the Screw as Flora at the Almeida Theater in London and had an episode role in the episode The Rings of Akhaten of the seventh season of the British television series Doctor Who . In the television series Utopia , she had a recurring role as Alice Ward.
In 2014 she was in Far Away by Caryl Churchill in the role of Joan at the Young Vic Theater and was seen as Lottie in the drama A Scotsman Doesn't Have a Summer . In 2015 she played the role of Charlotte in the three-part English science fiction series Residue . In 2016 she had a leading role in the western thriller Brimstone by Martin Koolhoven , in which she played Joanna alongside Dakota Fanning and Guy Pearce . In the German version of Brimstone and Pirates of the Caribbean - Stranger Tides , Emilia Jones was dubbed by Léa Mariage , in Doctor Who , Two in a Day and A Scotsman Doesn't Have a Summer , Zalina Sanchez gave her the voice.
In 2019 she had another leading role in Horrible Histories: The Movie - Rotten Romans , for her portrayal of Orla she was awarded the British Academy Children's Awards of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) alongside the male leading actor Sebastian Croft in the Young category Performer nominated. She is one of the main cast in the Netflix series Locke & Key (2020). She plays the role of Kinsey Locke, her siblings Tyler and Bode are played by Connor Jessup and Jackson Robert Scott , their mother Nina by Darby Stanchfield .
