The JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai ( known as Emirates Park Towers until 2013 ) is a complex of twin towers in Dubai , United Arab Emirates . Construction of the two 355 meter high skyscrapers began in 2006, and the project on the outskirts of the new Downtown Dubai district was completed in 2012 . In addition, the towers are the tallest hotel buildings in the world in terms of individual use as a hotel.

In the buildings 900 rooms and emerged suites and 300  hotel - Apartments . The final height of the two towers of 355 meters was reached in May 2010, the external construction work was completed in autumn 2011 and all internal work has also been completed since January 2012. The towers are currently the 9th tallest building in Dubai.
