Erich Altenkopf
Erich Altenkopf (born April 4, 1969 in Vienna ) is an Austrian actor and musician .
life and career
Erich Altenkopf began piano training at the age of six. At the age of 14 he took the jazz class at the Vienna Conservatory. Altenkopf completed an acting training with distinction at the Prayner Conservatory in Vienna. Since 1992 he has played on numerous stages, such as the Theater an der Wien , the Stadttheater Klagenfurt or the Renaissance Theater Berlin . From 1999 Erich Altenkopf was a member of the ensemble of the Theater in der Josefstadt and the Wiener Kammerspiele for ten years and played on stage with successful theater actors such as Otto Schenk , Fritz Muliar and Elfriede Ott .
Altenkopf was first seen on TV in 1998 on 'Die Neue - Eine Frau mit Kaliber'. Altenkopf played in television productions such as Medicopter 117 , Der Bestseller - Wiener Blut , Karl der Große or Hubert and Staller . At Das Match with Hans Krankl and Herbert Prohaska , he was also able to prove his sporting talent. As a singer, keyboard player and guitarist with his rock band Altenkopf he put his musical talent into practice. Through his training he is used for stage dance, as a singer (modern, rock) and as a keyboard / piano player.
Since 2009 he plays in the ARD - Telenovela Sturm der Liebe as Dr. Michael Niederbühl . Here he was also used as a piano player, singer and dancer in various episodes with his role. The main role has already been used in over 2500 episodes of several seasons.
Private
Altenkopf has been in a relationship with fellow actor Lilian Klebow since 2008 . They married in 2011 and have had a daughter Charlie since March 2014 and a son Sonny Alessio since January 2017.
Altenkopf is socially active with the TransFair association for fair trade and socially active in the “Red Noses” project for children in hospitals. On the website of his agency, the mother tongue is German and the language skills English, Italian and Slovenian are given and the dialect is Viennese . The sports he practices are horse riding, judo, tennis, snowboarding and skiing.
