The Archdiocese of Koupéla ( Latin Archidioecesis Kupelaensis , French Archidiocèse de Koupéla ) is an archbishopric in Burkina Faso (formerly Upper Volta ) in West Africa . It includes the dioceses of Dori , Kaya , Tenkodogo and Fada N'Gourma . The seat of the diocese is Koupéla , in the east of the state of Burkina Faso.

The bishopric, founded on February 20, 1956 from the cession of territory by the Archdiocese of Ouagadougou , was elevated to an archbishopric on December 5, 2000.
