Ewa Bugdol (born December 23, 1986 ) is a Polish duathlete and triathlete . She is multiple national champion and European triathlon champion in the long distance (2016).

Career

Ewa Bugdol was active in swimming as a teenager and switched to triathlon when she was 16 .

In 2007 she became vice-world champion in duathlon in the U23 class in Hungary .

In July 2013 she became Polish champion in the long distance triathlon and was able to successfully defend this title in 2014. In 2015 she became national champion in the middle distance.

In July 2016 she became European champion in the long distance triathlon.

In July 2019, the 32-year-old was ETU Vice European Champion in Romania in the triathlon middle distance. She lives in Gliwice .
