The 1994/95 season of the Extraliga was the second regular staging of the top division of ice hockey in Slovakia . In the playoff final, the TJ VSŽ Košice prevailed against HC Dukla Trenčín with a 3-0 sweep and won the first Slovak championship title in the club's history. The last placed in the main round, the HK Spišská Nová Ves was replaced by the second division champions HC Banská Bystrica for the following season .
