The 2006/07 season of  the Slovnaft Extraliga   was the 14th regular staging of the top division of ice hockey in Slovakia  . In the playoff final, HC Slovan Bratislava  prevailed against HC Dukla Trenčín  4-0 and won the sixth Slovak championship title in  the club's history. Since the league was increased for the following season, no relegation round or relegation had to be played.
