Geographical location
Felsőregmec is located in northern Hungary , 75 kilometers northeast of the Miskolc county seat , one kilometer from the border with Slovakia . The neighboring municipality of Alsóregmec is three kilometers, the nearest town Sátoraljaújhely 15 kilometers south of Felsőregmec.
