Location of Flurholz in Bavaria

Flurholz is a hamlet with 21 inhabitants, consisting of four individual settlements , and is part of the Upper Franconian town of Burgkunstadt .

Geographical location

The four individual settlements of Flurholz are at 368 to  395  m above sea level. NHN , over stratified rocks of the Black Jurassic δ , in the center of the Gartenroth-Veitlahmer hill country . The next towns are Schimmendorf , Danndorf , Schwarzholz , Eben and Lopphof . The center of Burgkunstadt is around 7.3 km to the west.

history

The first mention took place 1502-1520 as a Gütlein to the "Fluhrholtz", Senioratslehen of the von Redwitz .

On January 1, 1977, Flurholz was incorporated into the town of Burgkunstadt as part of the community of Gärtenroth together with the other districts of Wildenroth , Lopphof and Eben as part of the municipal reform in Bavaria .
