Frank G. Gerigk

Frank G. Gerigk (* 1963 in Radolfzell on Lake Constance ) is a German publicist , author and editor.

Life

After graduating from the Friedrich-Hecker-Gymnasium in Radolfzell, he studied geology / paleontology at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz from 1984 to 1991 . He did his diploma thesis in the field of engineering geology and engineering geophysics . He then worked as an expert in earthworks and foundations and as editor-in-chief of various institute magazines. From 2000 to 2014 he was PR manager at Paschal in Steinach , a medium-sized company in the construction supplier industry. Since 1996 he has published more than 4,000 specialist and PR articles in specialist magazines, the Internet and daily newspapers, as well as several thousand photos, including over 50 covers, mostly in the field of construction technology .

In the literary field he has published over 50 short stories since 1995. His stories have been nominated several times for the Kurd-Laßwitz Prize or the German Science Fiction Prize . The genres used are fantasy and science fiction , more rarely crime , fantasy and horror .
