Franz Knößlsdorfer

Franz Knößlsdorfer (* 1928 ; † in the 20th century ) was a German racing cyclist and national cycling champion .

Athletic career

Knößlsdorfer was a member of the Rad-Renn-Club 1902 Munich , which also included drivers like Ludwig Hörmann . In 1951 he was German champion in two-man team driving with Walter Sonntag in Cologne , after winning the silver medal in 1950. He was also able to become a master on the tandem ; he won with Herpersdorf he Fritz Neuser the national championship in 1952 and 1953. In 1953 he won with the RC Amor Munich the bronze medal at the track championships in the team pursuit . In 1952 he was appointed to the German national team.
