Gottfried Schmid

Gottfried Schmid (born November 26, 1922 in Niederpöring ; † June 12, 2005 ) was a German administrative lawyer and former district president of Lower Bavaria .

Life

Gottfried Schmid graduated from the Wilhelmsgymnasium in Munich in 1942 . In 1950 he received his doctorate from the University of Erlangen Dr. jur .: Knowing and having to know the contestability in § 142 .

Schmid was government vice-president from July 1, 1969, and from July 1, 1975 until he retired on December 1, 1987, regional president of the Bavarian administrative district of Lower Bavaria .
