Heinrich Wirschinger

Heinrich Wirschinger (born June 17, 1875 in Augsburg , † February 18, 1950 ) was a German administrative lawyer .

Life

From 1885 to 1894 he attended a humanistic grammar school. He was a year old volunteer with a field artillery regiment. From 1894 to 1898 he studied law in Munich . The preparatory service for the state bankruptcy in 1901 took place in Munich and Füssen . In 1902 he was a government advisor in the State Ministry of the Interior, and on July 1, 1904, he became a district office assessor in Oberdorf . From March 15, 1907, he worked in the State Ministry of the Interior for Church and School Affairs, from June 1, 1911 as a government assessor, from July 1, 1913 with the title of district administrator. From July 1, 1914, he was a district administrator in Amberg , followed by military service from 1914 to 1916. Later than 16 May 1918, he was Executive Council at the Government of the Palatinate . From November 16, 1919 he was in the State Ministry of the Interior, from April 1, 1920 as a senior government councilor, from October 1, 1921 as a ministerial advisor (personnel and health officer). From December 1, 1929 to May 31, 1934 he was regional president of Lower Bavaria in Landshut , from April 1, 1932 he was regional president of the government of Lower Bavaria and Upper Palatinate in Regensburg as part of the state simplification . On June 1, 1934, he was put into temporary retirement by the National Socialists and then retired on August 1, 1934. He then lived in Grafrath near Munich.

After the Second World War , Wirschinger applied to the American military government in Bavaria for reuse. From July 26, 1945 to August 31, 1946, he was re-employed in the State Ministry of the Interior as head of the public health and welfare department, and from September 14 to early October 1945 he was entrusted with the management of the State Minister of the Interior. He retired on October 1, 1946.

In 1922 he was also chairman of the examination committee for food chemists at the University of Munich and in 1927 received the Dr. med. vet hc (Munich).
