Hartmann Fugger from Kirchberg

Hartmann Max Josef Fugger von zu Kirchberg and Weißenhorn (born June 30, 1829 at Kirchberg Castle ; † April 5, 1899 in Oberkirchberg ) was a lawyer and member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Fugger von Kirchberg was a member of the Fugger family and from 1842 to 1847 a pupil of the Royal Pagerie in Munich . He also attended the Ludwigsgymnasium there from 1843 to 1847 . He studied at the universities of Munich and Berlin from 1847 to 1851 and passed the state examination in Munich in 1853. Before and after his exams, Fugger von Kirchberg worked as a trainee and accessist at three different courts, as well as at the Landkommissariat Speyer and at the governments in Munich and Speyer. In 1856 he became Land Commissioner Actuary in Kusel and in 1858 Government Assessor in Augsburg . In 1862 he became district administrator and city commissioner in Neuburg an der Donau and in 1869 a councilor in Speyer. From 1862 to 1869 board member of the library commission and the agricultural association in Neuburg a. D. Since 1875 member of the Bavarian Landtag for the constituency of Donauwörth and from 1877 to 1881 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency of Schwaben 3 ( Dillingen ) and the center . He was regional president of the Upper Palatinate and Regensburg from 1894 until his death in 1899.
