Wolfgang Poell
Wolfgang Pöll (born August 1, 1855 in Pappenberg ; † not known) was a German administrative lawyer.
Life
In 1879, after completing his studies, he began his preparatory service at the district office of Amberg, in 1880 at the district court of Amberg, in 1881 at the district court of Munich I. In 1882, the second examination for the higher judicial and administrative service followed. At the beginning of 1883 he started as a certified intern, then an accessist with the government of the Upper Palatinate (KdI). In 1884 he was District Office Assessor in Eggenfelden and in 1889 in Stadtamhof . In 1892 he became a government assessor in the government of Upper Franconia , in 1895 a district administrator in Tirschenreuth and in 1899 a councilor in the government of Upper Franconia. From June 1, 1906, he was a councilor at the Administrative Court, from July 1, 1915, government director of the Upper Palatinate government (director of the KdI) and deputy to the regional president. On September 16, 1920, he retired at his own request, conferring the title and rank of a Privy Councilor.
Since 1911 he was a member of the Disciplinary Court for non-judicial civil servants, and since 1914 a member of the Competence Senate at the Administrative Court.
