Grant Show
Grant Alan Show (born February 27, 1962 in Detroit ) is an American actor .
Life
Show grew up in California . He studied acting at Samuel Ayer High School and then at the University of California, Los Angeles . From 1985 to 1986 Show played the role of Rick Hyde in the US television series Ryan's Hope , which earned him nominations for the Soap Opera Digest Award and the Daytime Emmy . Show then studied at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art for a year .
From 1992 to 1997 he played the role of Jake Hanson in 158 episodes of the television series Melrose Place . He embodied this in the series offshoot Models Inc. and in two episodes of the mother series Beverly Hills, 90210 . He starred in the 1997 television drama The Wrong Road to Happiness, directed by Peter Bogdanovich , and starred in Homeland Security in 2004 alongside Scott Glenn and Tom Skerritt .
Show was married to actress and former model Pollyanna McIntosh from 2004 to 2011 . He has been married to actress Katherine LaNasa since August 2012 . The two have a daughter together.
