Grand Prix of Baden-Württemberg (motorcycle)
The Baden-Württemberg Grand Prix for motorcycles was a motorcycle race for the motorcycle world championship .
It took place only once, on September 28, 1986 at the Hockenheimring , after the end of the season it was only held in the classes up to 80 and up to 125 cm³ as well as in the sidecars and counted for the world championship.
At the Grand Prix, the later two-time vice world champion Ralf Waldmann made his debut in the motorcycle world championship. He started on Rieju in the 80 cm³ class and finished 19th. With the German Petra Gschwander, a woman started again in the World Cup for the first time since Gina Bovaird in 1982 . However, she didn't manage to qualify for the 80s race.
In the eight-liter class, the Italian Luca Cadalora on Garelli secured the last remaining World Championship title of the season with second place behind his team-mate Fausto Gresini .
