Rolf Biland (born April 1, 1951 ) is a former Swiss motorcycle racer .

With seven world championship titles , he is the second most successful sidecar driver behind Steve Webster , who won ten titles. In the list of the most Grand Prix victories in the sidecar world championship, Rolf Biland is the most successful with 81 races won, ahead of Steve Webster with 62.

Biland began his racing career in 1970, initially as a co-driver. Two years later he switched to the driver's seat and appeared in 1974 with Freddy Freiburghausen in the sidecar with a tenth place in the motorcycle world championship for the first time . In 1978 Biland won the first title with Kenny Williams in the BEO team. With Kurt Waltisperg as co-driver from the 1979 season , he had this title followed by six more in a period of one and a half decades.
