Grove City is a census-designated place (CDP) in Charlotte County in the US state of Florida with 1804 inhabitants (as of 2010).

Grove City is located about 35 km west of Punta Gorda and about 140 km south of Tampa on Lemon Bay , which is a lagoon on the coast of the Gulf of Mexico .
Demographic data
According to the 2010 census, the 1804 inhabitants at that time were distributed among 1495 households. The population density was 546.7 inh / km². 97.8% of the population identified themselves as whites, 0.2% as Indians and 0.3% as Asian Americans . 0.8% said they belonged to another ethnic group and 0.9% to several ethnic groups. 1.9% of the population was made up of Hispanics or Latinos .
