By decree of the Austrian Ministry of the Interior (Vienna) of June 10, 1884, Görtz was awarded the title “von Astein” (instead of “von Asten” ) for all Austrian family members and was henceforth called “Görtz von Astein” , later generally “von Görtz and Astein " .
His daughter Julie married the pastor Felix von Dobschütz , later superintendent of the district of Opole , in 1896 .
Life
In 1861, Goertz served as a second lieutenant first class and battalion - aide in the Bohemian Infantry Regiment Johann Georg Prinz von Sachsen # 11 in. Linz .
