Heinrich Hager (born December 7, 1893 in Stadtsteinach , † September 27, 1941 in Perekop (Armjansk) ) was a German free corps fighter , politician ( NSDAP ) and high school teacher .

Hager first attended the elementary school in Presseck from 1900 to 1904 , then the New High School in Bamberg and finally, from 1913 to 1914, the Royal Bavarian Lyceum Bamberg. From 1914 to 1918 Hager took part in the First World War with the army and the air force, in which he was promoted to Lieutenant of the Reserve in the 42nd Infantry Regiment . In 1922 and 1923 he passed the state examinations for teaching in modern languages. In 1923 he married. In the following years he earned his living as a teacher at the humanistic grammar school in Hof and at the secondary school in Bayreuth .

On December 1, 1929, Hager joined the NSDAP and shortly afterwards on February 1, 1930, he joined the Sturmabteilung (SA). After the leadership of the SA Storm Bayreuth, he took over the leadership of SA Standard 7 (Bayreuth) in September 1931 , and soon after that in November 1931 that of the Gausturm Upper Franconia . In the Reichstag elections of July 1932 , Hager was elected to the Reichstag of the Weimar Republic as a candidate of the NSDAP for constituency 26 (Franconia) . Also in July 1932 he was promoted to SA Oberführer. After his mandate was confirmed in the following five Reichstag elections - in November 1932, March 1933, November 1933, March 1936 and May 1938 - he was a member of the German parliament for a total of almost nine years, until his death in September 1941. One of the important parliamentary events in which Hager was involved during his time as a member of parliament was the vote on the Enabling Act in March 1933, which was also passed with his vote .
