Heinzenmühle from the southeast

Heinzenmühle is a district of the market Pleinfeld in the central Franconian district of Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen .

The wasteland is in the Franconian Lake District , 4 kilometers north of Pleinfeld, a little east of State Road 2224 , also called Mühlstraße here. A branch of the Swabian Rezat is adjacent to the west, and the Treuchtlingen – Nuremberg railway line runs further west . The Mackenmühle is located about 600 m south , the next larger town Mühlstetten is 1.7 km to the north.

A district of Mischelbach before the municipal reform , Heinzenmühle was incorporated into Pleinfeld on July 1, 1972 together with its main town.
