Prexelmühle from the north

Prexelmühle is a district of the market Pleinfeld in the central Franconian district of Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen .

The desert is in the Franconian Lake District , 3 kilometers north of Pleinfeld, directly on the state road 2224 , also called Mühlstraße, in the west and the Swabian Rezat in the east. The Treuchtlingen – Nuremberg railway line runs further west .

Before the municipal reform, a district of Stirn , Prexelmühle was incorporated into Pleinfeld on July 1, 1972 together with its main town.
