Engelreuth is a district of the market Pleinfeld in the central Franconian district of Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen .

The hamlet is about 7 km east of Pleinfeld. Neighboring towns are Roxfeld , Walting and Reuth under Neuhaus . District road WUG 16 runs to the south . To the east, the Steinbach and the Flurbach flow together to form the Engelbach .

South of Engelreuth there were settlements of the linear ceramics , the stitch ceramics , the Großgartacher and Oberlauterbach groups as well as the Bronze , Urnfield and Late Latène Ages and probably graves from the Bronze Age. The only monuments in Angels Reuth are the 1800 built two-story farmhouse angel Reuth 1 with pitched roof and gables of sandstone and the two-storey Satteldachbau angel Reuth 2 from the first half of the 19th century.
