Helmut Werner (* March 23, 1984 in Leoben as Helmut Wernererschbaumer) is an Austrian artist manager and former reality TV actor.

Life

Helmut Wernererschbaumer, born and grew up in Styria for the time being, claims to have entered a boarding school in another federal state at the age of 14, where he also attended the hotel management school. He describes himself as believing in God, but left the church at the age of 18 because of the church tax. He changed his two first names, Helmut and Werner, to his first and last name.

From 2009 to 2016 Werner was in a relationship with Jacqueline "Jacky" Lugner, the daughter of Richard Lugner and Christina Lugner . Werner was often referred to in the media as Lugner's “future son- in-law ”. From 2009 he was the protagonist in the reality show Die Lugners on ATV television . His “ Hindu wedding” with Jacqueline Lugner was also integrated into this broadcast channel. At the beginning of May 2011, he announced his exit from the reality show because he feared damage to his image. Every year Werner was responsible for booking a star guest who attends an autograph appointment for Richard Lugner in his Lugner City shopping center and accompanies him to the opera ball in the evening.

With his Helmut Werner Management GmbH, Helmut Werner represents Pamela Anderson , Helmut Berger and Zachi Noy . Past clients include Nadja Abd el Farrag , Menowin Fröhlich , Peaches Geldof and Larry Hagman . Dieter Bohlen , who is also listed among the artists who can be booked with Helmut Werner, stated in April 2019 that he had never had a manager.

Beginning in November 2008, Helmut Werner "(formerly Verschbaumer)" was sent into bankruptcy in April 2009 as a personally liable partner with his two companies, Event Production Helmut Werner KEG and Adler & enthbaumer OEG . This was attributed to Werner's management of the DSDS participant Menowin, which was preceded by a tangible dispute between Menowin and Werner. After a failed compulsory settlement in July 2010, the creditors insisted on payment of 100% of the debt, of which Richard Lugner paid the first 50% in August.

At the beginning of 2013, Werner signed Joey Heindle and arranged for him to participate in the RTL show Ich bin ein Star - Get me out of here! Heindle terminated the management contract while the show was still on, whereupon Werner sued the Viennese regional court and was right on two counts. Heindle was convicted of paying Werner lost commissions.

In February 2013, Werner was involved in a brawl in a Salzburg bar that brought him to court a few months later for serious bodily harm. Werner said he was acting in self-defense.
