IC 2118 , also known as the Witch's Head Nebula due to its shape, is a reflection nebula in the constellation Eridanus River . It is madeto glowby Rigel , the brightest star in the constellation Orion . The nebula appears in blue light because its fine dust particles can reflect blue more effectively than red.
