IC 2135 = IC 2136 is a spiral galaxy of the Hubble type Sc in the constellation Dove in the southern sky . It is estimated to be 51 million light years away from the Milky Way and about 45,000 light years in diameter. Together with PGC 17443 and LEDA 3700466 it forms a galaxy trio .
The object was discovered by Lewis Swift on February 22, 1898 .
