The men's team mainly competes nationally with SC Stroitel Brest . At the Euro Hockey Trophy 2016 , after two defeats against the Scots from Kelburne HC and the Irish from Banbridge Hockey Club , as well as a draw against HC Rotweiss Wettingen from Switzerland, the team only reached the last place in their preliminary group. This meant the descent of the representative Belarus 1 in the Euro Hockey Challenge . The fact that Stroitel Brest as representative of Belarus 2 won the Euro Hockey Challenge at the same time does not change anything about the division of the two Belarusian starters in the European competitions for the 2016/17 season.
