IC 1930 is an elliptical galaxy of Hubble type E3 in the constellation Taurus on the ecliptic . It is estimated to be 415 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of around 50,000 ly.
In the same area of the sky are the galaxies NGC 1349 , IC 322 , IC 1918 .
The object was discovered by Stéphane Javelle on December 22, 1897 .
