IC 1945 is a lens-shaped galaxy of the Hubble type S0 in the constellation Pendulum Clock in the southern sky . It is estimated to be 818 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a disk diameter of around 200,000 ly. It forms an optical triple
with the galaxies IC 1946 and 2MASX J03292351-5237274 .
The object was discovered by DeLisle Stewart on October 14, 1898 .
