IC 1958 is a bar-spiral galaxy of the Hubble type SB (s) m: in the constellation pendulum clock in the southern sky . It is an estimated 507 million light years from the Milky Way and about 60,000 light years in diameter.
In the same area of the sky are u. a. the galaxies IC 1954 , IC 1966 , IC 1968 .
The object was discovered on October 14, 1898 by DeLisle Stewart .
