IC 1954 is a bar-spiral galaxy of the Hubble type SBb in the constellation Pendulum Clock in the southern sky . It is estimated to be 41 million light years from the Milky Way and about 20,000 light years across. Together with four other galaxies, it forms the IC 1954 group ( LGG 93 ).
In the same area of ​​the sky are u. a. the galaxies IC 1946 , IC 1957 , IC 1958 , IC 1966 .

The property was discovered by Robert Innes in 1898 .
