IC 1960 is a spiral galaxy with an active nucleus of the Hubble type Sab in the constellation Reticulum in the southern sky . It is an estimated 354 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of around 110,000 ly. The galaxies IC 1955 and IC 1965 are in the same area of the sky .
The object was discovered by DeLisle Stewart on December 8, 1899 .
