IC 1934 is a lenticular galaxy of the Hubble type S0 in the constellation Perseus in the northern sky . It is estimated to be 210 million light years from the Milky Way and about 75,000 ly in diameter.
The object was discovered on September 16, 1901 by Edward Emerson Barnard .
