IC 4900 (also IC 4900-1 ) is a spiral galaxy of the Hubble type Sc in the constellation Telescope in the southern sky . Together with PGC 63719 it forms an optical (?) Pair of galaxies.
The galaxies IC 4894 and IC 4897 are located in the same area of the sky .
The object was discovered on August 31, 1904 by the American astronomer Royal Harwood Frost .
