IC 5027 is a spiral galaxy of the Hubble type Sc in the constellation Indians in the southern sky . It is estimated to be 493 million light-years from the Milky Way and about 75,000 light-years across. Together with LEDA 409055 it forms an (optical) galaxy pair .
The object was discovered by Royal Harwood Frost on May 17, 1904 .
