Idrottslaget Hødd is a Norwegian sports club from Ulsteinvik in the province of Møre og Romsdal . It was founded on August 1, 1919. The club plays in the stands at Høddvoll Stadium with the Blåsarane fan club .
1965 Hødd rose for the first time in the top division, but could not hold there. From 1968 to 1972 and 1995 the club played again in the first division. The club's greatest success is winning the Norwegian Cup in 2012. After victories over the first division clubs Brann Bergen and FK Haugesund , Tromsø IL was beaten on penalties in the final.
Football greats Åge Hareide and Jan Åge Fjørtoft come from Hødd.
