In der Heye is a court in the Wuppertal residential area of Herbringhausen in the Langerfeld-Beyenburg district .

In the Heye lies on the edge of the Garschager Heide on Landesstrasse 81 at 299 m above sea level. NHN in the basin of the Seringhauser Siefens in the upper area of the Herbringhauser Bachtal . To the east is the hamlet of Grünental , to the northeast the Spieckerlinde residential area . To the northeast was the expired Seringhausen court .
history
In the Middle Ages, In der Heye belonged to the Honschaft Walbrecken in the parish of Lüttringhausen of the Beyenburg office, along with 15 other farms . In 1597 the status of Kotten becomes clear in a list of treasure and service goods . In 1715 the court is referred to as d Heid on the Topographia Ducatus Montani .
Eight residents lived in the village in 1815/16. In 1832 In der Heye was still part of the Walbrecken Honschaft, which now belonged to the mayor's office in Lüttringhausen . The place called Ackergutchen according to the statistics and topography of the Düsseldorf administrative district was called In der Heide and at that time had three residential buildings, two agricultural buildings and a manufacturing facility. At that time 28 people lived in the place, two Catholic and 26 Protestant faith. In the municipality lexicon for the Rhineland province of 1888, three houses with 38 inhabitants are given.
