Jack David Sinclair (born December 23, 1990 in London ) is a professional British poker player from England . He won the Main Event of the World Series of Poker Europe in 2018 .

Poker career

Sinclair has been playing poker professionally since 2015. At first he only played online under the nicknames Swaggersorus ( PokerStars ) , Gary.Breenstein ( partypoker ) , Octopokes ( 888poker ) , Slam Donkerly ( Full Tilt Poker ) and KingKrabKlaw (iPoker) . Sinclair has also been taking part in renowned live tournaments since 2017 .

In June 2017 Sinclair was the first time in the World Series of Poker (WSOP) in the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas successful and came first in two tournaments of the variant No-Limit Hold'em in the money. He then played the main event and reached the final table with the eighth largest chip stack . During the tournament he was trained by two poker players who were friends, the Germans Anton Morgenstern and Philipp Gruissem . Sinclair took eighth place and received $ 1.2 million in prize money . Mid-August 2017 he won the Super High Roller of the party poker German Poker Championships in Rozvadov and secured due to a deal with Tony G prize money of 250,000 euros . In the same place, Sinclair took 16th place at the beginning of November 2017 in the € 111,111 High Roller for One Drop of the World Series of Poker Europe for just under € 180,000. At the end of January 2018, he won a tournament in the Aussie Millions Poker Championship in Melbourne with a prize of more than 125,000 Australian dollars . In early November 2018, Sinclair won the WSOP Europe Main Event in Rozvadov. For this he prevailed against 533 other players and secured a bracelet and a prize money of more than 1.1 million euros.

In total, Sinclair has earned more than four million US dollars with poker in live tournaments.
