Jackie Kiddle

Jackie Kiddle (* 16th July 1994 ) is a New Zealand lightweight - rower . She won the world title in the lightweight double scull in 2019 .

Jackie Kiddle finished fourth in the lightweight single at the U23 World Championships in 2014 . In 2015 she competed in the lightweight double scull with Zoe McBride and won the title, in 2016 she finished second with Lucy Jonas.

In 2017, Kiddle won the lightweight single at the World Cup in Poznan, and at the World Cup regatta in Lucerne she won the lightweight double scull with Zoe McBride. In September 2017 at the World Championships in Sarasota the Romanians Ionela-Livia Lehaci and Gianina-Elena Beleagă won , Kiddle and McBride received the silver medal. The following year, McBride and Kiddle finished sixth at the 2018 World Championships . In 2019 the two New Zealanders won the World Cup regattas in Poznan and Rotterdam. At the 2019 World Championships in Linz, the two won ahead of the Dutch Marieke Keijser and Ilse Paulis .

Jackie Kiddle holds a bachelor's degree in animal biology from the University of Waikato . She belongs to the Star Boating Club.
