The Jakobsdorfer Feuchtland nature reserve is located in the area of ​​the municipality of Groß Pankow and the city of Putlitz in the Prignitz district in Brandenburg .

The area with the identification number 1628 was placed under nature protection by ordinance of January 15, 2011 . The approximately 138 hectare nature reserve extends west of Jakobsdorf , an inhabited part of the town of Putlitz. The Stepenitz , a right tributary of the Elbe, flows to the west .
