The Maltese Cabinet Mizzi was formed on September 26, 1950 by Prime Minister Enrico "Nerik" Mizzi of the Partit Nazzjonalista (PN). It replaced the Boffa cabinet and was in office until Mizzi's death on December 20, 1950.

In the elections to the House of Representatives on September 2 and 4, 1950, the Partit Nazzjonalista (PN) Mizzis won most of the 40 seats with 31,431 votes (29.6 percent) with 12 seats. The Partit Laburista (PL) of Dom Mintoff came up with 30,332 votes (28.6 percent) and made 11 MPs, as well as the Malta Workers Party (MWP) of outgoing Prime Minister Paul "Pawlu" Boffa , to 24,616 votes (23.2 Percent) were omitted. The other seats were allocated to the Constitutional Party (4 seats), the Democratic Action Party (1 seat) and one non-party .

Mizzi then formed a minority government tolerated by the Malta Workers Party . However, he died just three months later, after which the previous Minister of Education and Public Works Ġorġ Borg Olivier formed his first cabinet on December 20, 1950 .
